Delivery

All orders with the exception of made to measure coats:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 4 business days (unless otherwise specified on the item description) via 1st class Royal Mail.
The cost of postage on up to three items is £1.60, four or more items is £2.20 and orders over £30 will qualify for free delivery.
Proof of postage is always obtained. If you require your items to be sent in another way then please do get in touch so we can discuss this and provide you with a quote.
Price stated for postage also includes packaging.

The cost of postage for made to measure coats will be included in the quote. Coats will be dispatched within 14 days of payment being received.

International orders are welcome – we ship worldwide.
For up to 2 items cost is £5.00. 3 items and over is £5.60.
The cost of postage on made to measure coats will be included in the quote.

I will notify you if there is likely to be any delay so we can discuss the best possible outcome.

Please note: Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days from the due date. For International orders, this is approximately 30 working days. In the event of a package being determined lost, a replacement will be sent immediately via recorded delivery.

Please bear in mind any delays that may be taking place in your area. You can find out about this by visiting the Royal Mail website

Please remember that Royal Mail has a significantly higher turn-around from mid-November onwards so  do bear this in mind. Your parcel may take longer to arrive than usual.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

All orders with the exception of made to measure coats and custom orders:
We are very stringent with quality control and only ship items that we are satisfied with. However, we are willing to offer a refund or an exchange if you are not satisfied with the item(s).

If you would like to return an item please make contact to notify us of the issue and if you would like a refund or an exchange. Items returned must be in condition ready for resale and should not have been worn by your dog. The return address is 113 Station Road. Southampton. SO19 8FL. Please mark your package clearly with ‘returned goods’ and ensure you have paid the correct postage to return the items. On receipt of your items, we will then refund you via the original payment method for the items and original postage charges. Your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (a tracking number), whichever is the sooner.

Made to measure coats and custom orders can only be returned if they are faulty or there has been an error on our part.

Please note: 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that products purchased from us are suitable for their dogs. We advise that they are checked regularly for signs of wear and tear.
